Rhoon the Scythian wants to make a simulation of the Citadel on a holosuite. Kira and Bannik go through the simulation, which is a fortress.

A large warship appears, with lots of drones. We learn that the drones (and the warship) were made by the Citadel, a war factory that the Scythians made almost a thousand years ago.
