Star Trek Erebus - Intro
8Session 1: 47634.44 - The Event Log - Admiral Traso, personal log, star date 47634.44. The Erebus A is slightly ahead of schedule, and I am excite to place @Capt Israh Shruth | Aaron in command, fully, releasing the vessel and its crew to him fully. @Lt Phe'lan | Shmandy has been fussy about the security trainings, something about "Being in another galaxy so far away we have to be sure we are on - on you get the picture." The ship herself is a state of the art one, never before has Star Fleet attempted such a bold mission, at least that is my opinion. To go through a wormhole to another galaxy, knowing full well that one will be stuck there for no less than five Earth years? I did my fair share of jumping around on the Ragnar but even I respect the crew for committing to this mission. @Lt Cdr Lisbet Stern | C4A has requested the modular lab be fit with additional synthesizers in case of outbreak, which I have granted the additional resources for despite @Lt. Cmdr Flitz (Drew) complaint that it will draw too much power, I'm confident that the vessels core will hold. The only one I am unsure of is @Shas ch'Thane (Matthew), I still after all my travels have not come to fully understand how his species is able to see without seeing, perhaps I should have paid more attention during the medical ceminars at the academy. The ship is due to enter the wormhole in just a few days, I am exicted to see them off and wish them fair weather and clear skies on their journey.
