Watch the main title sequence for the upcoming all-new animated kids' series STAR TREK Lower Decks , featuring a theme scored by Academy Award winner Michael Giacchino which debuted during Paramount+’s virtual Television Critics Association (TCA) presentation.
STAR TREK: Lower Decks is the first “Star Trek” series aimed at younger audiences and will follow a motley crew of young Starfleet officers who must figure out how to work together while navigating a greater galaxy, in search for a better future. These six young outcasts know nothing about the ship they have commandeered – a first in the history of the Star Trek Franchise – but over the course of their adventures together, they will each be introduced to Starfleet and the ideals it represents.

The Next Generation theme has been my most requested track so far, so here it is! With a couple of bonus tracks thrown in to make it interesting!
I have many a fond memory watching TNG while growing up, and First Contact is still my favourite Trek movie.
I wasn't able to find any covers, at all, of Red Alert (The Battle of Sector 001), and this is also the first piece I have ever used an acoustic with!
