Star Wars- Episode III (Xbox) Gameplay | No Background Music |
I had to turn the background music off for this gameplay sample, and I even had to cut out the in-game cut-scenes since they are prerendered, and feature music in them, even if you turn the background music off.
For a licensed game based off a Star Wars movie, Revenge of the Sith on the Xbox is actually a pretty good game. The lightsaber fighting and force mechanics are well designed, and can be quite satisfying to use in-game, and there is even an upgrade system where you purchase upgrades for your character in-between levels adding an almost RPG element to the game. What can I say, Double Helix Games actually put some good effort into this one, and it is a surprisingly well-made game based on Episode III. This is a fun game.
Graphically, the Xbox version looks really sharp. I am using an Xbox 360 to play this, but from the game looks sharp. It certainly isn't at the top tier of Xbox visuals, seeing as it was a multiplatform game, and had to be developed on the PS2 along side the Xbox, but the texture detail, special effects, and solid framerate make for a nice looking, nice running game.
