- El resto de las configuraciones estan por defecto.

Mi solución en PPSSPP 1.4
1) Abrir el juego
2) ir a opciones y seleccionar "vullkan" en el motor grafico
3) El emulador muestra un error y se cierra
4) Abrir el emulador y aparecerá un mensaje si pidiendo si desea usar opengl y hacer click que si
5) Luego ir a preferencias y seleccionar el motor grafico "Direct3D 11"
6) Abrir el juego y las lineas rojas no estarán.

My Solution
1) star the game
2) go to options ands select vulkan engine
3) emulator will crash
4) open the emulador and a message will ask to use opengl and click "yes"
5) Them go to preferences and select Direct3D 11 engine
6) star game and the red lines should be fixed

Note: once you applied this fix you have save and load the game with the state files otherwise you have will have to repeat all the steps everytime you star the game.
