I'm both early and late to the party on this one. I played the Beta, but didn't grab the title until it hit this week's Black Friday sale on the PSN for $10.

I'm not one for competitive FPSs, so I'm glad there's some single-player component to this, but I'm REALLY looking forward to the PSVR missions that'll be dropping on 12/9/16.

What's there to say at this point? The Frostbite Engine is phenomenal... I've been through a lot of video game generations, but I honestly can't see terrain graphics getting much better than this. The controls are solid, though it uses the whole 'aim-and-throttle' method I disliked in the CoD Jackal Missions. Fortunately, I was able to tweak it a LITTLE bit, and shifting thrust to the RIGHT analog stick made more sense to me.

The framerate was also pretty solid. 60fps is still a new treat to me, so it was great to experience that not only in cutscenes, but also while running around.

I'm definitely looking forward to poking at this more... And VERY excited to get the PSVR X-Wing experience in a few weeks. Here's hoping it's more EVE than Jackal!
