in my own personal experience, I have two spirit orbs with me at all times who I believe are to be my ancestors and they are intuitively guiding me and have loving intentions and seemed content with helping me 24/7.
I called him Spirit guides, sometimes angels, they travel through the astral plane which is the place we go when we sleep.
Pending we learn all the lessons our soul is required to learn and we pay off our karmic debt, we are free from the cycle of reincarnation and we too can visit the physical realm in the most basic form, the spirit orb.
