In episode 1 of our let's play Starbound Nightly Builds series, we load up the nightly build from 20 May 2016, in which the developers have uploaded the very latest preview version of Starbound from that day's development.

During this let's play Starbound 1.0 preview video, we check out the newly tweaked interface, find out how to use admin commands to get around unfinished parts of the game (including the starter quest) and how your SAIL computer now gives you more tutorial information at regular intervals.

We also see how the new hunger mechanism works and how the starter world now contains a familiar dungeon, but now with a Mother Poptop Boss at the end, in this let's play Starbound 1.0 preview video.
