To get this chest, just go to the right and near a little cave you'll find it, very easy.
Also note there is ALSO a very nice Sniper Rifle on this planet, that is in the next video. It just a few steps away to the right from the tech chest on the snow. Just beware, when I stepped onto the snow a FLYING mini boss attacked me, yeah those exist! Not as durable or as hard to dodge as land based mini bosses but still it can catch you off guard.
