Starchaser: PotNS - Leo Labyrinth (9:10)
0This game I've been looking at it from afar for a year now, so I just bought it over Thanksgiving and decided to play it now.
So yeah within the first hour or so, I noticed that ranking thing. It's either an A or an S, and that really pushes the player (or just me) to see how fast you can complete it when given a second chance.
I found a way to kinda cheese the boss, seeing as how you stay afloat for a while when you fire - you can jump off the map when Leo makes his gust attack trying to push you backwards. There's no damage falloff as far as I can tell, it does the same amount regardless of the distance. Once you reach the cutoff zone you are easily in front of Leo again. I debated whether or not to show it, evidenced by trying to do the first half dodging and the dash dodges up the wall, but I figured - I might as well. This might be new to somebody, I haven't checked videos on this game. This game is fun so far, one puzzle in particular I am dreading having to do on an S rank run, but I haven't gotten that far into it! Only 3 hours in and I like the mechanics, artwork is passable and some of the music is catchy (particular the boss themes).
I apologize for the cut in the middle, the recording just abruptly stopped (maybe a side effect of fullscreen) but I was able to notice it quickly and resume recording. It might be a bit jarring, but I leave you off in the next room, so you missed nothing :r
