Alien Incubation - All enemy units spawn Broodlings upon death.
Self Destruction - Enemy units explode and deal damage to friendly player units upon death.

I don't spread stetellites to my ally on this map because by the time it gets there, they should already have enough workers to make the added speed boost irrelevant.

The speed boost only slightly increases how fast they make the return trip, not the harvesting itself. If a mineral patch is fully saturated, no amount of blue-zoning will increase your harvest output.
