Stardew Valley cheat codes v2 To Infinity and beyond

This is version 2, where I show you how - on day one - you have you can get the Galaxy sword (or even the Infinity blade!) on day one and access Ginger Island, with max gold and max points for Qi and the volcano ready to farm.
You'll also be also to start upgrading your tools to iridium quality, subject to the usually plodding pace of Clint.
Basically you name (or rename) you character to the items you want and every time someone says your name, you get the items. And do the same with your farm.
NOTE: You can rename your character after you have 4 hearts with the wizard via an idol in his basement. However, you CANNOT rename your farm.

There are a few limits, for instance it can't be weapons or (most) crafted items like casks. Also, the name is based on character size, not string length.
e.g.
WWWWWW fits,
WWWWWWW doesn't fit,
However, something like iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii would fit.
In cheat code terms:
[163][857][337] is valid
[163][857][166] doesn't fit and cuts off the last bracket.
In a similar fashion, sometimes you are rewarded 2 items, sometimes 3. With this in mind, put the items you most want at the start and the least wanted at the end.
Interestingly, according to IGN, it was the developer, ConcernedApe, himself that first gave out the codes!
