Thanks to Simultaneous Mouse and Gamepad - https://www.nexusmods.com/starfield/mods/1603

I can finally use WASD keys to emulate left stick on gamepad. At 1:45 I can move very slowly and switch between regular keyboard mode quickly.

That means there will be the red joystick indicating the movement in the recording, totally not cluttered at all...

I was also playing with:
[Dialogue]
bEnableDialogueLight=0

I rather have it one, in this video I forgot to save the StarfieldCustom.ini
