Starfield - Bck to Vectera - Heller's Cutter & Excellent Outpost Location

Today's video is Starfield - Bck to Vectera - Heller's Cutter & Excellent Outpost Location. So 1st off, I actually recorded 90 minutes from the end of the 2nd episode in our little journey through Starfield and my recording didn't actually record the screen, yeah only had the audio for the whole 90mins of me speakin and it a black screen. So yeah little bit of a balls up on my part but we didn't loose out on much content as I was just roamin around Jemison gettin a few Quests that I know are available form certain NPC's and completed them, so we don't miss out on any of the main Questline or the Faction Questlines. So thankfully I only lost a few Activities and no main Quests. Now that said lol...
So after I explain a little about what has happened with the recordin and why I am startin in a different part of Jemison that the end of the 2nd episode in the series we get straight in to the mission's. We start by helping Kelton with his tree trouble over in the M.A.S.T District. After receiving our reward we then head over to The Well so that we can complete the little side activities of informin the UC Security about a possible robbery about to happen and helpin the doctor with sick children where we basically do a fetch quest by seein another doctor and returnin the required information so that we can help them poor poor children over in The Well.
After we have been a helpful citizen and done our good deed for the day I then say a little bit (again) on the best way that I personally think is the best option too you for quickly level up your character instead of messin about with Outposts. Though I do say a little bit on where I think is the best planet/moon for you to build your Outposts due to the 60hrs on planet for the 1 hr of UT time. Thus makin you loads of materials for you to do the Outpost XP that everyone was goin on about, but way too much time consumin and personally I think the Very Hard switch to Very easy after u land on planet with a high level. This is easier and faster to level up your character. (My own experience whilst leveling within game)
Delta Pavonis system and the planet is Magnar - Easy fast XP, put the game difficulty on very hard and swap difficulty as soon as u land and then u can kill the legendary enemies easily and wont die to 1 hit. The harder the difficulty the higher chance that legendary enemies will appear.
After the little speech on XP and Outposts I then get straight into the Bck to Vectera Constellation Questline Mission. We head straight over to Vectera, The startin place where we go our Artifact and our very own ship lol. Once arriving we have a chat with Lin and then we search the area so we can find out where Barret and Heller have gotten too, and we get ourselves Heller's very own Cutter. Little bit better than the original cutter that we got, but it is extremely good at puttin down robots. After we power up the systems we can then access the computer and get the message that was left for us to find by Barret lettin us know where they have gotten too. After a quick chat with Lin informing her of what is happenin we are then able to recruit Lin for her to work at our Outpost when I get round to buildin it lol.
We then take a jump over to the Bessel system where we land and find Heller who we also, after havin a chat too him about what had happened and he informs us about the pirates and them takin Barret. After the chat we then have the option to recruit Heller so that we can also have him help in our cause. Then it's a little bit of info that I give you about what I personally think is the best place for you to make your Outpost, exspecially if u want a great planet for you to do the Outpost XP cheese.
After my little bit of advice on Bessel III-B we then go and rescue Barret from his captors, which turns out to be just a quick persuade check and we then save our Constellation member without havin to get Sarah to use the discressionary fund. Then bck to the Lodge and after havin a quick chat with the other members of Constellation and finish up the video.
