Npc's are running for their lives and lying dead on the ground at the New Atlantis Starport for no particular reason. I am not in the mission where you have to escape the Hunter, I have no bounties with any factions, UC Guards leave me alone, and I did not shoot at any of the npc's. It only happens in the Starport not at the commercial or the residential district. Probabaly one of Bethesda's infamous bugs again.
