Starfield is a GIANT open world game with A LOT of factions that the player can choose to join, thus in this short I will be providing an overview of each Starfield faction, who they are, what they do and what we know about them so far...

In Starfield, Constellation is the faction that we know the most about so far, and from the sounds of things they are space explorers looking for lost artifacts.

The United Colonies are a Starfield faction that we don't know too much about yet, but can get the general idea from their name alone as well as their home city, New Atlantis. They seem to be a space republic or other form of government that operates as one prime entity.

The Crimson Fleet are the BAD GUYS in Starfield! They are a faction of space pirates, allowing the player to loot, raid and steal as they please!

The Freestar Collective are an independent group of space cowboys that seem to govern themselves on the edge of space!

Ryujin Industries is another Starfield faction that we don't know too much about yet! They seem to be a massive cybernetic corporation and will no doubt be engaged in money-making activities!
