so here's another method on how to further boost fps in @Starfield because it's horribly optimized to begin with, can't even run from HDD ... what horror. devs put 0 time into optimizing it, quite clearly .. but at least game has lot of files that can easily be modified, so check out what i'm doing, it should give you a good 20-25% performance boost. i went from 35fps to 45fps in one specific area, while in some other areas you might get even higher boost .. or lower, but it gives you a boost nevertheless.
Even if you have decent graphics card, you should still do this as it would require less power to run it.
