In todays video I compare the regular Low Peset in Starfield vs a Nexus Potato Mod vs LossLess Scaling upscaled from 720p.
From what I can see the Nexus Mod (General Optimizations - Low Prest) offers slightly better average FPS and 1% lows compared to LossLess
Scaling and the regular in-game Low Preset.

Also picture quality using LossLess Scaling is a little bit diminished.
