Starfinder 2e Field Test #4: The Envoy

Recently, Paizo dropped their fourth "Field Test," a series of mini-previews for the upcoming Starfinder 2e Playtest! This time around, we got a sneak peek at the first five levels of the 2e Envoy. In Starfinder 1e, I felt like the Envoy struggled to stand out & it was one of the most disappointing classes in the game for me!
However, I've always held out hope that the class could be done really well!
Today, we take a look at the Field Test for the Envoy & get a glimpse at the changes that Paizo is considering! Have the authors adequately sized up the original class? Did the directive to improve the class prove fruitful?
