Battlezoo Ancestries: Fusions - A Free Pathfinder 2e Resource from Roll for Combat!
Happy April Fool's Day Travelers & Tourists!
Welcome to my annual coverage of whatever crazy idea Mark Seifter has decided to develop for Pathfinder 2nd Edition in honor of April Fool's Day! For the past two years, Mark Seifter & the team at Roll for Combat have worked together to publish free pdfs of Pathfinder 2e Compatible content - and I have been a fan of this ongoing tribute to looking at a good joke & going, "But, on a serious note..."
This year, the team from Roll for Combat has produced rules for combining multiple Player Characters into a single creature (on the battlefield at least) through the use of the new "Fusion" Ancestry!
This Ancestry comes with three distinct Heritage options: Two-Headed Giants (2 Players), Cerberus (3 Players), & Hydras (4 Players). However, it should be noted that the pdf also offers some guidance on adjusting these heritage options if you want to play something like a 2 Player Cerberus or a 3-Headed Giant.
In this video, we'll take a brief look at (some of) the pdf from Roll for Combat & talk about how the Ancestry is set up & what sort of options players can expect. We'll also take a quick look at the [Combined] Trait which pulls multiple PCs into a single creature on the battlefield.
