493We are in a dance studio today because we are starting a series of dance classes to help you understand the vision and vocabulary of dance.
Every Tuesday, we will teach you the basics of contemporary dance and modern dance.
Our goal is to improve your knowledge of dance history, your improvisation & choreographing skills all by yourself.
Contemporary dance Techniques are important but so is your natural way of dancing! These online dance classes will be there to guide you, help you find a better understanding of your personnal way of moving, your place in the space and how to "fill" the negative space.
We know that dance is an art that is not accessible to everyone. Tuesday's dance lessons are accessible anytime, anywhere, and free!

There is no such thing as "how to dance". So this is a contemporary dance class for everyone, from beginner to advanced dancers and dance lovers on how to move. In this online dance class video, you learn how to dance with negative spaces.
