We start the Legacy!

Rules
=====
Pretty simple

Must help EVERY Enclave that asks for help.
Must keep ALL members of EVERY Enclave alive.
Cannot FAIL any Enclave missions or let them time out.
Must choose all NICE dialogue options.
No Legacy Survivors.
No Red Talons.
3 Random Survivors (NO CHERRY PICKING).
No Recruiting Survivors (3 and DONE).
No Legacy Boons.

Exceptions
========
Radio calls only allowed for enclave assistance or to call in a new enclave.
Hostile Enclaves can be killed.
The Fake Trader can be killed.
Basically any NPC group that only gives options that result in them becoming hostile can be killed.
