15:01 Not right... it's a source of 2 mana of same type of the Gems that have been assigned to the card, so, in Richard's example if you attach a Fire and a Water it will give you a Fire Mana and a Water Mana every round

16:01 That's an Air Gem not Earth

20:21 Again, since it has only 1 Water Gem attached to the card, when he activates it he would get 1 Water Mana, not 2
