5:23 They have to be different and the player also has to discard the same number of Fan's as the number of dice required by the action they are performing... in this case Jen's doing a 2 dice action so she had to discard 2 Fans.

Also, when you discard fans that have the TURBO word on them you add turbo tokens to the Turbo Tour Location, in this case it would be 3 Turbo Tokens!

11:36 It's not Points Equal to her Fans, it's points equal to Double the amount of fans she has

12:18 Clarification:
Whenever you go on the radio, you May discard one scandal card from your hand...
But if you do the 4 dice version of the Radio instead of discarding the Scandal you can give it to any Player that has less than 5 scandals in his hand!

One more thing about Scandal Cards:
You can never discard a Scandal in the same round you got it... meaning when you take a Scandal card you can only discard it after rolling all the dice again!

Also, taking the Scandal card is the last thing you do in your turn when you have to take one

Also, the Teacher went on the Radio, not the Studio, so he should only give the bonus to the Guitar player, the second bonus would only happen if the action was done in the Studio.
