9:12 Clarification... having 2 guys doesn't necessarily mean you'll build 2 tiles, you can if both tiles only require 1 worker to be in the Construction Site...
In this case, Richard has 1 tile that requires 1 worker and another tile that requires 2 workers... so to build both at the same time Richard needs to have 3 workers at the Construction Site and not 2
