Stationeers - Advanced Logic Circuit for Solar Panels Part 2
In this video, Jason finishes up the advanced logic circuit!
Thanks to Reddit user Wooodiii for the math and logic! https://www.reddit.com/r/Stationeers/comments/7kuk6a/optimized_automatic_solar_panels_500w_each_using/
2 Kit (Logic I/O)
4 Kit (Logic Processor)
4 Kit (Logic Memory)
1 Construction Kit (Sensors)
1. Place a Kit(Logic Processor) as a Logic Math set to Add and named, with the labeler, Solar Angle Modified.
2. Place a Kit(Logic Processor) as a Logic Math set to Multiply and named Solar Angle Multiplier.
3. Place a Kit(Logic Processor) as a Min/Max Unit set to Greater and named Greater Than.
4. Place a Kit(Logic Processor) as a Min/Max Unit set to Less and named Less Than
5. Place a Kit(Logic I/O) and set it to Batch Writer.
6. Cable the all devices together.
7. Cable the Logic Reader that's gathering Solar Angle from the Daylight Sensor into Solar Angle Modified at the 1 input position.
8. Cable the Logic Memory set to -15 (we have it labeled -15) into the Solar Angle Modified at the 2 input position.
9. Cable the Solar Angle Modified output into the Solar Angle Multiplier at the 1 input position.
10. Cable the Logic Memory set to .666666667(we have it labeled .6666) into the Solar Angle Multiplier at the 2 input position.
11. Cable the Solar Angle Multiplier output into the Greater Than Min/Max Unit at the 1 input position.
12. Cable the Logic Memory set to 0 (we have it labeled 0) into the Greater Than Min/Max Unit at the 2 input position.
13. Cable the Greater Than output into the Less Than Min/Max Unit at the 1 input position.
14. Cable the Logic Memory set to 100 (we have it labeled 100) into the Less Than Min/Max Unit at the 2 input position.
15. Place a Kit (Logic I/O) as a Batch Writer. Cable it's output into the Solar Panel data network.
16. Cable the Less Than Min/Max Unit output into the Batch Writer input.
17. Set the Batch Writer output device to Solar Panel and Variable to Vertical.
18. Power on all Logic Units.
Notes: Make sure you've positioned your Solar Panels so that the sun rises at 0% Vertical mark.
Remember to check that you've set each of your inputs using the screwdriver. It's easy to forget to configure them.
The most important note of all - remember to have fun! Thanks for watching!
