It was late. This could have been better. Used honey to tenderize the meat because I wanted this to only take 20 minutes including the rice. I used my iphone for this so thats why you can't see me do anything and it looks like shit.

[ingredients - amount]

garlic - one clove

cheap ass read wine - I guessed

soy sauce - I guessed

olive oil - i guessed

sugar - i guessed

butter - depending on stuff you can figure it out

steak - whatever steak you want

rice - NOT UNCLE BEN'S, that shit it trash. It doesn't even work as rice. only some kind of degenerate would try and use it. If the rice sticks its probably fine

honey - enough to cover the steak as it gets to room temp before you start cooking it. There is some goofy enzyme in the honey that brakes down the protean and tenderizes the meat. Also it ends up tasting really good.

green onions - enough to make it look cool.

If I forgot anything then add it yourself, don't tell me about it.

::::bonus - If you like onions you can saute onions and cook the steak on top of it as well. It can make the steak more tender. I don't like onions so I didn't.
