I've been coming up with consistent/foolproof strategies for all of the toughest areas of the game by replaying them multiple times just for my own reference but thought I'd post this one here in case it helps anyone.

This is one of the hardest in my opinion - seems like it was designed to be stealthed but is also very hard to stealth through without getting spotted and even if we do make it through, when we start the boat guards can start shooting and damage us which I hate.

So I wanted to come up with something that allowed us to take out all the guards that can shoot at you as you are stealing the boat stealthily and then ride away safely.

I thought this might help others who are doing a permadeath playthrough for example. All you need is one full silencer and of course the bow.
