Cyberpunk 2077 on Steam Deck with new offical AMD FSR 2 Update

- 40 FPS is out of range, this game is heavy limited by Steam Deck CPU and GPU (even on lowest settings)
- Almost perfect 30FPS with FSR 2 on Balanced and mix of medium and high settings
- Build-in FPS limiter is much worse compared to SteamOs one
- Huge stuttering with textures on high, medium works good
- Much better image quality compared to AMD FSR 1.0
- High energy consumption
- On automatic settings for Steam Deck there are quite frequent drops below 30FPS
