25Xbox One controller
I wasn't able to get rumble until I followed the steps here:

Maybe you'll be fine without it using Windows 10 though.
Xbox 360 controller
The rumble was there but it was weak.
I'm sure there's a way to fix that though - maybe with the drivers using the link above, or maybe some third party software.
Wii U Pro controller
This just worked without any issues.
Dualshock 3 & Dualshock 4 controllers
No luck with rumble here.
I even tried using DS4Tool, but it couldn't find the controller unless it was directly connected to the PC.
Is this the dumbest title ever? Of course!
