The 3.0 patch, in my opinion, was pretty good. Sadly the general consensus was that the new pop growth system needed a liiiiitle bit of tweaking. Which is what they've done in this version. Yes, there's a bunch of things that have been re-addressed and we'll go through them today and illustrate them ingame to see if they're any good. Let's dive in shall we.
