Stellaris Utopia Multiplayer - Episode 38: The Shroud is not a Mental Condition
3Rich is starting to explore the Shroud in this episode of Stellaris Utopia multiplayer.
In the wake of the galactic conflict, Justin has been made into a protectorate of the Poblina Empire to the north. This has effectively turned Justin into a vassal of the AI, but he is going to experience a technological surge thanks to assistance from Poblina.
JJ has also made friends with the Empire of Poblina, becoming a full federation member in the Grand Concord along with the Tebadorans. This should solidify Kai-Fan-Chard's new holdings and frontier against Buvhondon aggression.
In the west, Rich has started down the path towards investigating the Shroud. As it turns out, the voices they've been hearing are not the sign of a serious mental condition.
