Saint-Robert-Bellarmin, Que., is in the heart of Canada's maple region — over a million trees are tapped every year. Here, maple growers Luc and René Pépin produce 560,000 cans of syrup per season in one of the biggest sugar shacks in Quebec. Join chef Ricardo Larrivée as he taps into the sweet heart of maple country and learns just how much the industry has changed.
