00:16 I mean, it was tough, you lose it fast, especially when you're, when you're sick. But, I've been working hard. Been doing a lot of extra stuff to, get my conditioning back, get back right. So I'm excited for tonight.
00:30 I talked prior to you getting sick to how good a shape you were in. I mean, how close do you feel to what you were, I don't know what, whatever it was two weeks ago, something like that?

00:50 Felt really good. I felt really good. I feel like I had a really, really good summer at work.
00:55 Can you take us through a little bit of what that summer work looks like for you?
00:59 , just every day, just grinding, trying to polish up my game. getting stronger. just getting back to the old, to the old me.
01:12 Steve said he was just so disappointed for you that you couldn't participate in camp because of how good you were feeling. How was that, for you to get out there and then not be able to go?
01:23 It was tough. We were in beautiful Hawaii and the team's all having fun in training camp, competing, battling it out. So it was, it was definitely disappointing to watch from the sidelines. But I'm here now and it's gonna be a long season.
01:40 The team is emphasizing quick pace, lots of threes. How do you think you can add to that and just this team in general, the personnel that you have can play well into that?
01:52 I think we have a lot of guys, a lot of great shooters, a lot of active guys that like to run the floor, including me, just running the floor, getting out in transition, trying to open it up. Playing fast, I feel like that would be our advantage.
02:07 I think Steve said he wants you to take like six threes a game, something around there. I mean, do you feel comfortable kind of getting them up like that?
02:16 For sure, I feel like I was at that rate a couple years ago, so just getting back to it feels good.
02:22 Why do you think it dipped to the last, last year really?
02:25 I always had a rough, rough year last year. Nothing-- no explanation or anything. We just had a rough year, but getting back to it.
02:34 Defensively, what kind of upside do you feel like this group has, given some of the point of attack defenders you guys added?
02:39 I feel like we definitely, improved defensively, a lot of guys that can, guard the ball, guard multiple positions. So I think we'll be really good on the defensive end this year. Yeah.
02:51 What, if anything, have been your early impressions of the Lakers for JJ Redick?
02:59 They're all just playing together. They look like they're connected. They're meshing really well.
