StephenVlog Roadtrip (Day 1645 - 5/27/14)
391Update about the roadtrip! This outlines what our route will most likely look like. Further details below.
MEETUPS?!
• Yes, there will be meetups. It seems likely we'll be having three: one in Los Angeles, one in Houston, and one in Jacksonville. This is all subject to change and we have no real dates or times for these.
WHEN WILL WE KNOW?!
• Soon. I will get videos up on StephenVlog and post about the meetups on Facebook and Twitter. The approximate dates for the meetups are as follows:
LA: July 5th
TX: July 13th
FL: July 18th
Note that these are huuuuge approximations. I will let you guys know with (hopefully) at least 24 hours notice. If you live in LA, Houston, or Jacksonville and are interested in attending a meetup, please comment below***! If you have a good outdoor central location in the city, please let us know that as well.
CAN YOU COME TO [TOWN] PLEASE?!
• It's a possibility, but we'll likely be sticking pretty closely to this route. Please don't ask us to come to Wisconsin, or New York, or something ridiculous: it's obviously completely out of the way.
YOU ARE COMING THROUGH MY TOWN! CAN WE MEETUP?
• To be blunt: no. If we accepted every offer for lunch on our trip, it'd take us a year to get home. We will only be meeting up with viewers at the meetups we schedule ahead of time. Sorry about that!
I THOUGHT YOU WERE COMING THROUGH DALLAS?!
• Originally, I thought we were! I apologize for that—I erroneously told people we'd be coming through Dallas/I-20 on social media. It looks like we'll actually be heading through Houston/I-10 instead.
THE VLOGS ARE DOOMED?!
• We plan to catch up the vlogs before we leave (yes, really), and release them while we are on vacation. We're doing our best!
THE LET'S PLAYS ARE DOOMED?!
• There is a high possibility that we will not be able to create enough content to cover our entire vacation. We apologize in advance! Once again, we're doing our best.
HOW MUCH WAS YOUR RENTAL CAR?!
• Under $800 for unlimited miles and having the car for two weeks. I think we did exceptionally well! No complaints from me.
