They're someone who has played quite a bit of In The Groove, and it shows!

So, most of the effort came from making the fade out not be sleep-queued and making the lua notes take on the player's noteskin.
Simfile changes:
the fadeout lua runs at the start now. (It's in the ssc, but not the sm)

Internal changes:
The fadeout lua now uses mod_actions to queue things.
The lua notes take the form of your noteskin, and is player-specific.
- Applies to the fake receptor flashes, too!
- If both players exist, the dpad section takes P2's noteskin.
Made the notes also take receptor and Player position into account for extra 'accuracy'.
Brought in the lua lifebar again because having just a cutout for lifebars isn't as good in this day and age.
