TIMESTAMPS AND INFO IN DESCRIPTION!!

This is footage taken live during a presentation put on by Softdrink 117 and Frenetic of STG Weekly at Anime Los Angeles 2014. It covers the full length of the panel presentation, with the exception of a few seconds at the start and end.

The presentation is just over one and a quarter hours in length. It begins with the Stunfest 2013 compilation video, which is viewable in it's original form here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MCmd6tATyn4
All credit for the Stunfest compilation to DamDam, the Stunfest team, and the other parties responsible for its creation.

Softdrink and Frenetic give a brief history of the genre, with examples and screenshots from various games that represent milestones in the evolution of shooting games. Softdrink goes on to perform a live 1-ALL of Ketsui. Then, audience members are invited up to play, and given live feedback and tips on their play.

Due to technical difficulties and Softdrink's inexperience filming, there are some small quality issues with the footage and audio from the event. It has been cleaned up in post to the best of his ability, but some inconsistencies still remain. Rest assured that he has learned quite a bit from this experience, and future events will be documented with more care.

For whatever reason, the venue would not allow us to change any projector settings or turn the lights down at all during the presentation.

Huge thanks to everyone who was there watching the presentation at ALA! Also, a reminder that Softdrink and Frenetic will be hosting a shooting game event including several live demonstrations at SoCal Regionals http://www.socalregionals.com/ (the fighting game tournament) in the Bring Your Own Console room on Saturday, March 1st 2014.
