225here is a tutorial for add sounds in Stick Nodes for Android
i dont know if this can work on IOS but by luck we have Fearless Animations with one tutorial for IOS, but you will need a computer, if you dont have bud im sorry for you D:

I forget to say, you cant import music and huge sound files :P
Sound Files that surpass 256 KB dont will be imported in projects
Be aware of that :)
