Stigmatized Property, 事故物件 (Jiko bukken) is a horror game inspired by haunted apartment rooms in Japan. These properties are known to have cheap rents and you play to find out the exact reason why.

The visuals are great in this. Chromatic aberration, neon-like colors, bloom, a VHS aesthetic, etc.

The atmosphere is fantastic. The game takes place in a run down, claustrophobic, dark Japanese neighborhood and is filled with sounds of distant life, footsteps, cars, etc. Absolutely amazing sound design.
