Now that we have a design to work from, it's time to start making the different parts of the stiletto. I'll start with the handle that will be turned / filed / beaten / nibbled at on my beaten up old lathe. It's an extremely noisy beast so you have been warned!
Notes:
1.) REAL machinists should definitely not watch this. Just because I own the kit does not make me proficient at using it.
2.) The position of Social Media Safety Officer is already filled. You need not apply.
3.) My shop, my rules ...
MATERIAL:
I will be using phosphor bronze for the handle and quillon / guard and some of my finely twisted damascus for the blade.
