The two characters are Merendes and Noah one year later after the Blizzard War.

Haha whoops, I guess I should explain and give more context, my bad!
The human male is Noah and the female elf is Merendes. Noah is the King of Dragons and Merendes is the queen of the kingdom Pradena. This takes place one year after the Blizzard War between Blythe and Pradena (also known as my Ready As I'll Ever Be animatic). Merendes has been on the run from being queen with Noah chasing her trying to bring her back (King Henrik's orders).
When I listened to this song I thought "Oh dang, this fits perfectly with the confrontation between Noah and Merendes after the war" and so BOOM! this was made.
I hope this has given you all a bit more context!
