recipe
stir together 1 1/2 cups flour and 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt set aside for later
in a large mixing bowl put 4 cups of semi sweet chocolate chips and 1 TBS vanilla
in a saucepan combine 2/3 cup of butter with 1 and 1/3 cup of sugar and 2 TBS of water to wet the sugar, bring this just to a boil being carful!
Pour this on top of the chocolate and mix
add 4 eggs one at a time incorporating each one 100% before adding the next one
stir in the flour do not over mix and activate the gluten.
if you want nuts you can add 1/2 cup at this point like walnuts or whatever you want what am I the brownie police?
put in a 13 X 9 inch pan I like to use parchment paper so I can take them out of the pan to cut them up but once again whatever works for you is cool.
bake at 325 for about 40-45 minutes and then turn off the oven and let them stay in the hot oven for a bit, this just ensures that they finish baking in the middle without burning the edges. Let cool for a while before enjoying these decadent fudgy brownies!
