The Video memory on the RX9070XT seems to include shared memory for some reason, the physical memory on the GPU is 16GB GDDR6 VRAM, presumably this is a architectural behaviour with Radeon GPUs?
Optiscaler used to inject Scalers like FSR4 or XeSS into games that don't normally support them where applicable.
I would not recommend using Framegen with sub-60 FPS base frames because of the extra latency introduced by FG on top of the already relatively high latency of the low base frames.
