At the start of a new patch cycle or season, Freljord/Shadow Isles style decks always come around to punish aggro. Combining the strong removal and healing package of Shadow Isles and the stall of Freljord its extremely difficult for aggro to close games. However when more control decks enter the meta Anivia decks will quickly lose to things like Atrocity because their end game plan is better. Make sure to try out this deck if you're seeing a lot of aggro in your ladder games!
