Everyone says “stop killing games,” but now it’s just memes, Pirate Software dunks, and drama clips. This was a stream rant that turned into a short video essay, because honestly... I just wish people were talking more about actual game preservation — not turning every disagreement into content.

Pirate didn’t even support the movement, and somehow he became its mascot and its villain. Cool. But what now?

This video isn’t here to pick a side — I’m just frustrated that the message got lost.

Pirate Software isn’t the hero — but making him the villain of the entire conversation is helping no one. This movement was about game preservation. Let’s not lose that in the noise.

No hit pieces. No hero worship. Just perspective.
