Having a productive dialogue is important. Unfortunately it is very easy to derail a conversation using negative labels. In this video I discuss my observations on this, and how to avoid it.

My observations are imperfect and my arguments aren't flawless, though I do believe I have a good perspective on this topic (hence me posting it). Please feel free to comment below with your thoughts, as well as what you agree and disagree with. I'm always looking to learn!
