STR Ultra Instinct Goku Slaps.....Kinda
41UI Goku.....well I will start by saying that I HATE judging units based off of dodge chance. Unless its guaranteed. But for his sake lets say your getting it most of the time. His dodge helps alot and even gives him Ki and much needed stats. This was very great when he first came out and even sometimes now still can be. He can also be run alongside mastered UI Goku. Which helps. But now on to the negatives. The starting DEF is much to low for my taste. Stacking can take forever. And his 70% chance to dodge also drops down to just 50% after 7 turns. Even his def fully built up with no support is fairly depressing. Especially with a lot of these new bosses negating dodge. But, on his best team with the best conditions and RNG you can get? He can perform well enough. Overall? I give him and very salty 7 of 10
