9The current challenge? Duo Week Day Three Featuring Green Lantern and Cheetah! Duo week is where I play as a character till I win then switch and repeat! This allows me to get better and for you to enjoy a variety of content!
My focus was split equally, trying to find stagger play which I seem quite weak at in this game in general. I definitely wanted to clean up some combos with folks but most of this is definitely using the benefit of normal to my advantage, while not losing out on the tools that either character achieves. Cheetah has fantastic pressure, so I intend to continue to build upon last time. Green Lantern feels very lacking at this point, mostly due to my lack of imagination with him. I am looking to force those insane crossup mayhem's as well as try to make him less than 1 dimensional.
Hal decided that the small construct theory was his only option with such limited power. He had always ignored it in school, the training and feel of big constructs always felt right to him. Survival of a foe with this caliber of power; small construct theory is the only choice.
Imagination of small weave steel thread constructs commenced. Physics to create pulley systems, to allow for travel and lift, brought him to form a small “gas” powered hook-shot system. He moved so quickly through the rainforest, slinging to keep just out of claws reach. Cheetah in a rage could keep up, while slicing trees to not allow for proper propulsion if he needed to move backward. Her sleek frame soared from tree to tree, barely touching each before the next launchpad was already under her feet.
A clearing soon formed and Green Lantern stood, waiting on the swift Cheetah form the barreled at him. “One Million Thread Technique” Ensnare and Conquer!
Threads of green in the smallest form spread and formed in thin weaves, unable to be seen by a human eye. Cheetah’s eyes glow green and red, showing the ability to sense the threads, dodging and weaving gracefully. This would not be an easy fight for either opponent.
