This was a weird achievement to get in Still Wakes the Deep. While running throughout the rig, Cass is preseneted with a lot of obsectles that you the player have to navigate out of. In this part of the rig, water begins to flood the compartment quickly. Cass is supposed to swim up to stay with the air pocket, but we got lost quickly in the water. In the end, we got 10 gamer score out of it, which surprised us. This is how you get the cerebral anoxia achievement in Still Wakes the Deep!
