"Strangely Cursed" by Lespainsaucho | Geometry Dash
30It would seem I’m a bit late to the party, having only uploaded my first recording of this trending creator’s levels just 10 days ago, but we already have a new fantastic one to enjoy.
Strangely Cursed might be missing a few of the 2.2 gameplay modes that have been a highlight of this creator’s concept levels, but it more than makes up for it with a large variety of innovative and exciting gameplay ideas and concepts.
Of course we have the large rotating block structures, as well as gameplay that backtracks very often, creating a fresh and dynamic playing experience. The incredibly fast gameplay section is also back, although I found the actual gameplay in that part to be largely repetitive and uninteresting.
Other new ideas include running on stilt legs, appearing and disappearing blocks, rotating cogwheel block structures, and a large open ball and wave corridor concept, offering several alternative paths to choose from.
I get that some people might be a little tired of seeing these kinds of layout levels over and over, but I think they are nice to include here and there at least until the next revolutionary level or 2.2 server masterpiece arrives. I really desperately hope we get the 2.2 update this year, but until then these kinds of levels are the next best thing, and I think these videos will also do well for the channel in the long run.
